LOCATION: Anywhere in INDIA.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to build and lead the business development efforts in Multilingual AI.

This is a remote role; however, you may be required to attend meetings with the team directly.

Role and Responsibilities

  • active sales of the company’s services in Multilingual AI and other language solutions
  • prospecting, qualification and solution development for active funnel opportunities
  • collaboration with internal subject matter experts and solutions team members to effectively develop a solution to the client’s needs
  • negotiation of contract terms
  • nurture client relationships which both meet their needs and result in a long-term relationship
  • manage all funnel details in CRM
  • meet revenue targets as established by the company.

Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar B2B position negotiating AI development services with technical PMs and NLP scientists/Or Project Management experience in the delivery of Multilingual AI services. The AI services can be human or technical.
  • experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
  • very good written and oral English skills
  • technically savvy – comfortable with CRM and lead generation tools
  • goal orientation and efficiency in action, ability to manage a sales related discussions
  • understand the specifications of an RfQ, RfP
  • personally accountable and is a proven team player
  • ability to build and maintain long-term business relations
  • experience in the localization or data industry in a similar position
