Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Business Development Specialist will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong understanding of our platform and services.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- US market experience is preferable/ International calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Zoom meetings with the clients
- Sales closure calls, hot leads only
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
