Required Lead Motion Designer Off Role

Traits –

• A Strong Background in Animation, Motion Design
• Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and any 2D/3D animation software.
• The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
• Assertive, Proactive, Empathetic and forward-looking
• Super energetic positive attitude with a strong appetite for growth
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
• Be a great communicator, Receive and interpret feedback, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, Conceptualise and create high quality engaging Lottie Animations/video content for
• Inapp, Product & Growth Marketing
• Create high-fidelity Lottie-based animation files. Train team members on deliverables
• Work with the design team to create a library of illustrations for the motion design content.
• Perform research on trending motion graphics styles and implement them in our platform.
• Present storyboards to the stakeholders and take responsibility for the execution of the entire project
• Create new UX experiences with a next-generation innovative approach
• Required Skills –
• 4-6+ years of experience in working/managing a motion design/Animation team.
• Experience working on mobile platforms/Apps/Social media launches
• A very good knowledge of Animation principles, Storytelling,Design,Composition, Staging,Timing, and Character design.
• A degree in animation, Art, or any kind of creative background is a must.
• Obsessed with details and has a strong eye for design nuances
• Fair amount of experience in UI & UX
• Illustration capability is a plus.
• 2d/3d animation is a plus.
• Image manipulation and color correction knowledge are a plus.
• Experience in Cinema 4D is a plus
